1. Payment Options
The following payment options are available for deliveries within Germany:
- PayPal (including PayPal installment purchase and invoice purchase).
- Credit card (Mastercard, Visa).
- Advance payment.
- Purchase on account. Purchases on account are possible for companies, public institutions, educational institutions, and existing customers - subject to sufficient creditworthiness. When paying by invoice, the purchase price is due 14 days after the invoice date without deduction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are shipped within the delivery time stated on the order confirmation from the date of payment receipt for advance payments. Otherwise, shipment takes place within the delivery time stated on the order confirmation once all customer information necessary for processing the order is available.
3. Logistics Partner
The ordered items are usually delivered by GLS, but may also be delivered by DPD, GLS, or freight carrier in exceptional cases.
4. Shipping Costs
Delivery within Germany:

For deliveries to German islands, we charge a surcharge of €12.00. For larger packages and freight deliveries where automatic surcharge calculation is not possible, we are happy to provide the costs upon request.
Deliveries to European countries:

Deliveries to the rest of the world:
We are happy to provide a custom quote upon request.
5. Availability
In the event of labor disputes, governmental actions, force majeure, or similar events beyond our control that demonstrably affect our ability to deliver, the delivery time will be extended by the duration of the impediment.
6. Note
The statutory value-added tax is not included in our prices and is generally shown separately at the statutory rate on the day of invoicing. For deliveries within the European Union (EU), we do not charge value-added tax, provided that you provide your valid VAT identification number (VAT No.) during your order.
